Bay Windows

Bay windows are a bit different from bow windows in that they create more of an angle and typically have three different windows. Traditionally, the largest center window is a picture window while the two smaller flanking windows can either be double-hung or casement windows. Thanks to their beautiful angles, bay windows can create a seating or storage area on the inside of your home.

Bow Windows

Bow windows typically have at least four windows that are the same size in the arrangement and create less of an angle than bay windows and more of a bow or curve, hence their name. Bow windows can either be all picture windows or they can be all functional windows, or a combination of both. Casement style windows are popular in bow window configurations.
