Chipped Paint

While wood can help give a rustic look to your exterior, it needs constant maintenance to prevent rot.

If your house’s wood siding still doesn’t have paint, make sure a fresh coat is applied to it as soon as possible to protect it from the elements.

If some of the paint is chipped off, be sure to scrape off the remaining patches so it won’t peel off over time and leave parts exposed.

After-Storm Cleaning

After extreme weather events (storms, hail storms, etc), make sure you check the entire facade for any signs of damage, including the gutters and especially the roof.
